By using Spicly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share access with unauthorized users.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Spicly for harassment, spam, fraud, illegal activity, or any use that violates platform policies or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of liability
Spicly is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
