This page is maintained by Spicly Labs to answer common privacy questions about Spicly. It describes our current practices and the platform capabilities that support them.
2. Data we collect
We collect account information (email, password hash), usage data, and the messages and fan data you choose to bring into Spicly. We do not collect more than is needed to operate the service.
3. How we use data
Your data is used to provide Spicly, train your private Nova instance, generate analytics for your account, and communicate with you about the product. We do not sell personal data.
4. Security
We use TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is role-based and audited. No system is perfectly secure, and this description is not a guarantee.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. For other requests, contact hello@spicly.io.
